Service Credits in good standing do not expire.
Mandatory cancellation, refund, and defect remedies apply separately from THE-Y's voluntary refund policy.
Within 14 days of payment, you may request a voluntary refund of unused paid value under THE-Y policy.
Monthly and annual products renew on their selected cycle until cancelled.
A registered payment method may be charged for renewal shortfalls within the scope you approved.
